ufcQuinton “Rampage” Jackson is back on this weekend’s UFC 186 show after an injunction that prevented him from fighting was overturned. Jackson’s previous employer, Bellator MMA had filed an injunction to keep him off the card, but things didn’t go their way this week.

The 36-year old continued training despite being removed from the show and replaced by Steve Bosse. Jackson faces his original opponent, #12-ranked Fabio Maldonado. Since Jackson was just re-booked, the two agreed to a 215-pound catchweight fight as opposed to light heavyweight

We’ll have full live coverage of UFC 186 Saturday starting with the preliminary bouts at 6:30 pm eastern.

    – Due to criticisms of UFC and Reebok’s originally planned sponsorship pay structure, the system has been overhauled. The two companies originally based the payouts on rankings as voted on by the media. Instead, the pay will be distributed based on tenure, including fights under the WEC and Strikeforce banners under Zuffa control.

Many fighters have lost out on sponsors since the exclusive Reebok deal with UFC was announced. The deal will go in to effect this July, and will prohibit fighters from wearing outside brands to fight-week related activities.

    – Former UFC fighter Nate Quarry made headlines this week as he participated in an exhibition with 19-year old Jake Beckmann, who has Down’s Syndrome. After Quarry submitted in the second round to a leg lock, the promoters presented Beckmann with a championship belt. You can see video of the event below.
